Every Moment Is An Opportunity For “Gains”

The modern “fitness” model teaches you that in order to have a healthy body, you have to work out really hard and grind it out at the gym. Put in your 60 minutes and that’s your workout for the day, the other 23 hours don’t matter. In reality, your rest practice is equally as valuable as your exercise or movement practice.

Up until recently, most cultures spent the majority of their rest and even work time on the ground. But now down time has been hi-jacked by ‘chair culture’, and it’s likely causing you pain, tightness and general un-ease in your body.

Spending time on the ground naturally restores your function by massaging your tissues, mobilizing your joints, and passively re-tuning your nervous system.
