    WHAT IS FORWARD HEAD POSTURE (FHP)?

    FHP occurs when your head is leaning forward out of neutral alignment with your spine. When the alignment of the head is off, it causes a variety of problems, including stiffness in the neck, chronic pain and balance issues.

    WHAT CAUSES FHP?

    FHP is primarily caused from poor postural patterns due to the modern lifestyle. The key culprit is looking down for long periods of time (think looking at your phone or computer, driving, sitting on the couch, etc.).

    SIDE AFFECTS OF FHP
